We are hiring part time team members for the 2023 season! Please apply by Feb 1.

About our Farm:

We grow design quality flowers for florists in Baltimore and DC. We are committed to farming with sustainable principles using no-till methods. We are on just under five acres, and have several unheated high tunnels for season extension and three heated tunnels for winter production. Our farm is in White Hall, Maryland, about 10 minutes north of Ladew Gardens.

Our Workplace Culture:

We are a woman-owned business.

We get to work ready to jump in. We strive for the highest quality work, and are always looking for more efficient ways to work. While days here are fast paced and intense, we also take time to joke around and have great conversations, usually over weeding.

We like to share fun snacks at lunch, we celebrate birthdays like nobody’s business, and we support each others’ hobbies and goals. Everyone takes veggies and flowers home to enjoy the farm’s bounty.
