flowers for all!

Welcome to the new blog! After three years on Wordpress, the weekly-ish updates are moving to our new website. You can always see old posts at butterbeefarm.wordpress.com!

Aaaand introducing: our 2015 Community Supported Agriculture programs! I am so, so excited about our CSA because forming relationships with the flower-lovers of Baltimore is truly the most wonderful thing about farming. We have two options for you: our Butterbee CSA, which is a bi-monthly delivery of an abundance of loose flowers for you to design, and the Summer's Story CSA, which is a weekly pick-up of flowers and veggies (from Little Gunpowder Farm) at Parts & Labor in Remington.

We had a bunch of people give our CSA shares as gifts this year, and it worked beautifully. When you give a CSA share as a gift, we send the gift recipient a note (with words of your choice) explaining how the CSA works and that they're going to get flowers, yay! So keep us in mind when you're planning your holiday gifts-- we've gotcha covered.

When you sign up for our CSA, you'll fill out the form on our website, read the CSA Agreement, and send us a check or pay with a credit card using Square. Then, we'll be in touch with you confirming your purchase and following up with any gift recipients.
